Hillmann Consulting, LLC has been providing professional services to a large hospital in New Jersey. On team included USEPA/ AHERA Certified Asbestos Building Investigators and Industrial Hygienists to conduct asbestos surveys and inspections, and quality assurance air monitoring. We also provided lab analysis of bulk samples, survey reports, abatement project design, abatement project oversight and monitoring, and abatement project close-out packages.
Following a water intrusion event, Hillmann Consulting, LLC provided a skilled team of Environmental Health and Safety professionals, who completed a comprehensive investigation to prevent microbial issues, delineate the extent of the mold source and recommend prudent remediation measures. The parameters of our assessment included a visual inspection, moisture mapping, intrusive investigation using a boroscope, the collection of airborne fungal spores, the collection of swab samples for total coliform/E. Coli, fungal identification, and bacteria, the collection of surface metals via wipe sampling, and the collection of bulk soil for metals testing.
Hillmann Consulting, LLC developed a technical specification to guide remediation activities. The scope of work included keeping the patient care areas in operation while the remediation was being conducted. As new situations arose during the remediation process, our team provided on-site testing, assessment, and recommendations for interim project management.
