Hazardous Materials – Retail
Hillmann Consulting, LLC provided a complete range of environmental services at a premiere shopping center’s anchor store location for a national retailer. To fulfill the scope of work, Hillmann Consulting, LLC performed an initial hazardous materials (asbestos, lead, and other) survey, asbestos air sampling & project management, routine bulk testing, inspection of contractors, and final site clearances. Our team was on-site daily to inspect abatement work, inspect records, observe safety conditions, ensure proper PPE was being utilized, monitor individual area containments and site barriers, ensure proper disposal and labeling, and conduct final air clearances.
Working within city, state, and federal regulations, Hillmann Consulting, LLC surveyed all interior and exterior bulk building materials and performed neighboring site air and dust monitoring during facility and parking lot demolition. The project was an overall success, and Hillmann Consulting, LLC delivered a clear and clean site for reconstruction/redevelopment.
