In the event of a scenario such as this, Hillmann Consulting, LLC can determine the status, condition, and quality of construction completed to date, determine the status of applicable permits and approvals while ascertaining the actions necessary to preserve the project approvals, and establish an estimate of the cost to complete the construction.
