Hillmann Consulting, LLC offers several lead detection and monitoring services. We typically employ a visual inspection with at least one of our other lead services not only to detect the presence of lead, but to ensure that remediation has been successfully completed in compliance with applicable HUD and EPA guidelines.
We’re capable of performing lead wipe sampling, x-ray fluorescence (XRF) evaluation, and water or soil sampling for lead detection. We own and routinely service our XRF equipment, allowing us to provide rapid and accurate assessments. Water samples are collected in accordance with the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) guidelines, and analyzed via atomic absorption. Similar techniques are employed for the detection of lead in soil.
