LEED Process Services
Hillmann Consulting, LLC is a member of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC). We’re proud to have several knowledgeable LEED® Accredited Professionals (LEED AP) on staff. Our LEED Accredited Professionals provide LEED Process Services for building owners, working closely with your team to identify, develop, and implement strategies to assist in the achievement of LEED Certification at any level.
We offer a customized level of service from full oversight to charrette facilitation. Our full oversight of the LEED Process entails strategies and guidelines with milestone reviews. We’ll conduct a preliminary review of plans, review the required LEED documentation prior to submittal, and provide feedback as necessary. The design charrette process is a facilitated planning session that brings together the team’s professional service specialists and stakeholders to develop and organize your entire sustainability project. Representatives from the project’s team of architects, engineers, design professionals, contractors and service providers collaborate with the client to establish sustainable performance goals and identify design concepts. Hillmann Consulting, LLC will be the principle project liaison with responsibility for assembling the design team, planning credit strategies, performing cost-benefit analysis and managing the registration process.
From the project design stage through the application process, Hillmann can also assist your team in earning credits in the Sustainable Site, Water Efficiency, Energy & Atmosphere, Materials & Resources, Indoor Environmental Quality and Innovation & Design LEED categories.
