Jeremy DeSane to Moderate Upcoming BISNOW Event

by Tina Jaycox

We’re pleased to announce that Jeremy DeSane, Director of Operations for our Construction Services team, will be moderating an upcoming BISNOW event. Join us on Thursday, February 20, 2020 at BISNOW’s NJ Office & Workplace of the Future event. SJP|Properties is hosting the event at their 200 Wood Avenue South, Iselin, NJ location.

New Jersey has always had a strong office market but recent numbers show great performance year-over-year. Part of this can be attribute to a push in medical office acquisitions as well as a dwindling availability of buildable land from industrial and multifamily demand. How will the office market continue to perform in 2020? Will co-working see more sustained market capture as companies seek lease flexibility in a downturn? Where are companies locating to in the Garden State? Find out on February 20th!

What You’ll Learn

1. How much marketing absorption can be realistically expected in Northern New Jersey in 2020?

2. Why hasn’t co-working taken off in New Jersey compared to New York?

3. What is the accurate value proposition for New Jersey’s outdated suburban office campuses?

4. What amenities are landlords prioritizing when repositioning a property?

5. How do you attract the next wave of residents to grow the workforce in NJ?
