About the Venue | 200 Wood Avenue South is a three-story, 300,000 SF building set to be repositioned by SJP Properties. This Class A location will become the US headquarters for DSV Air & Sea, which leased the entire third floor of the building.
SJP will renovate the building lobby, install new elevators and construct state-of-the-art amenities including a full-service cafeteria, collaborative areas, fitness facility and outdoor dining and recreation areas. The building is complete with a three-story parking garage and monument signage opportunities. Primary and secondary central station power grids service the building, plus the entire building is backed up by generator.
Located directly off of Exit 131A of the Garden State Parkway, the property is within minutes of major highways including Routes 1 and 9, Interstate 287, and the New Jersey Turnpike.
