Disaster Response & Recovery
If your property has encountered a situation involving water intrusion, mold infestation, fire, natural or manmade disaster or other catastrophic event, our certified and licensed professionals can help. Hillmann Consulting’s Disaster Response Team will assist you in identifying the hazards associated with the type(s) of loss that occurred, as well as determining what exactly was impacted, what needs to be removed, and what can be salvaged. Hillmann Consulting provides disaster investigation, sampling, and consulting services that aids your team and sets you on the path towards quick, efficient, and cost-effective recovery.
Our team undergoes stringent cross-training in order to identify any and all existing and potential hazards that may exist. We provide guidance and awareness to our clients, pinpointing hazards up front, and ensuring that future issues do not arise midway through a project.
Yes, we are scientists, but we’re also practical solution experts; taking your business priorities into account as we work to establish the best course of action for you and your property.
Remediation Scope of Work (SOW)
A Remediation Scope of Work will provide you and your contractors with a solid plan of action. The SOW can be used as a bid document for the remediation work. Your property is our priority, and our team will assist you in finding reputable contractors. Rest assured knowing that you are safely moving forward in the right direction, avoiding any hidden issues and costly delays.
Hillmann provides clearance investigations and sampling to confirm that remediation was performed properly. We ensure that the scope of work was completed and that no additional health or safety hazards exist. It is always unfortunate when reconstruction or re-occupancy occurs only to discover that additional remediation needs to be performed. Put everyone at ease knowing that nothing was missed and areas are safe. Do things once, and do them right.
