Disaster Response & Recovery

If your property has encountered water intrusion, mold, fire, or a catastrophic event, we can help.  Our Disaster team will assist you in determining the hazards associated with the type of loss that occurred as well as determining what was impacted, what needs to be removed, and what can be saved.  Hillmann provides investigation, sampling, and consulting services that guide your team and set you on the path of quick, efficient, and cost-effective recovery.

Our team is cross-trained to identify any and all hazards that may exist.  We provide guidance and awareness to our clients, identifying hazards up front, and ensuring issues do not arise midway through a project.

Yes, we are scientists, but we are also practical solution experts, taking your business priorities into account as we work to find the best course of action for your property.

Remediation Scope of Work (SOW)

A Remediation Scope of Work will provide you and your contractors a solid plan of action.  The SOW can be used as a bid document for the remediation work.  Your property is our priority, and our team will assist you in finding reputable contractors.  Rest assured knowing that you are safely moving forward in the right direction, avoiding hidden issues and costly delays.

Clearance Investigations/Sampling

Hillmann provides clearance investigations and sampling to confirm that remediation was performed properly.  We ensure that the scope of work was completed and that no additional health or safety hazards exist.  It is always unfortunate when reconstruction or re-occupancy occurs only to discover that additional remediation needs to be performed.  Put everyone at ease knowing that nothing was missed and areas are safe.  Do things once, and do them right.
