Asbestos, Mold, Dust, and Legionella Testing

Hillmann Consulting maintains a fully licensed/accredited in-house laboratory that provides an ever-expanding range of analytical services and is staffed by 6 full-time analysts and an administrative team. Our laboratory director has 20 years’ experience conducting analyses exclusively for our clients. We offer both small and large scale lab analysis services for our clients, local home inspection agencies, and other environmental consulting firms. We also perform individual sample analysis for homeowners who are concerned about possible asbestos-containing materials in their home.

About Our Laboratory

Hillmann Consulting’s in-house laboratory is accredited by AIHA-LAP, LLC, NELAP through the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP), NVLAP, New York State ELAP, California ELAPB, Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Virginia, West Virginia, Texas, and the City of Philadelphia certification programs. In order to maintain our accreditations with the aforementioned agencies, our laboratory participates in a number of proficiency testing programs including:

  • PLM, PCM, TEM, and fungal spore round-robin testing
  • CDC ELITE Program for legionella analysis
