Senior Project Manager | Texas Office
Randy joined Hillmann in 2022 as Senior Project Manager. Randy earned a B.S. in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska. Outside of project management, you'll find him spending time with his pets, Beau and Minnie. His taste in movies leans towards the classics, with "The Longest Day" holding a special place in his heart.

Project Manager | California Office
Cara joined our Construction Risk Management team in 2023, bringing expertise from earning a B.A. in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley. As a Project Manager, she oversees various construction monitoring projects in California. In her leisure time, Cara enjoys painting, practicing yoga, hiking, and reading books.

Rabia Sheikh
Contract Administrator | NJ Office
Rabia joined Hillmann's legal team in 2021 as a Contract Administrator. She handles all things contract-related for our firm. When she's not immersed in contracts, you can find her doing adventurous outdoor activities or extreme couponing. During the pandemic she didn't have to buy any paper products or antibacterial wipes for an entire year.
